Hi, I’m Marco, founder of Nomade. My journey into short-term rentals began when I turned my property into a thriving Airbnb while sailing from Canada to the Caribbean on my 36ft sailboat for 3 years. Living nomadically showed me the power of having a rental property that generates income without being tied to one place.
With over 4 years as an Airbnb Superhost, 250+ bookings, and a 4.9-star rating, I’ve refined the art of optimizing listings, automating operations, and increasing profitability. I also gained invaluable experience working at a 5-star private island resort in the Caribbean, where I learned how seamless guest experiences lead to higher revenue and better reviews.
